Terms of Service

The service

Admock, run by Nubri GmbH, Berlin ("we"), generates ad images, ad variants and short videos from your products and brand kits. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing material: review it before you publish.

Accounts and your content

You must be at least 18. Only upload photos, logos and text you have the rights to; you keep them, and you give us the rights needed to process them for you. You may use what Admock generates for you for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for your ads meeting the law and the platforms' rules.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or infringing ads, no impersonation of other brands, no attempts to disrupt the service, reach other users' data or get around its limits (including creating accounts to collect free credits).

Plans and credits

A new account gets 5 free credits once you confirm your email address, once per inbox. Starter costs $39 a month with 50 credits; Pro costs $149 a month with 300. Credit packs are one-off purchases at the price shown at checkout. An image or ad variant uses 1 credit, a video 4 credits per 6 seconds; a generation that fails is refunded. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Admock available but cannot promise it without interruption. We will tell you about changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they apply, and you can cancel before then.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Ending the contract

You can stop at any time; to have your account deleted, email info@nubri.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a subscription or credit-pack purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used. Because you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, you pay for what you used up to your withdrawal: the share of the billing period for a subscription, or the credits already used from a pack.

Law

German law applies; if you are a consumer, the protective rules of the country where you live still apply. For merchants, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
